We send all repairs back via UPS upon receipt of payment. There are NO TERMS for repairs.

All items are shipped FOB, so once we hand it to the carrier, it's their responsibility, NOT OURS.

If you require another shipping method or insurance, you need to make those arrangements in advance with your carrier.

The best way to do this is for you to send us a return label on your account with the repair and we strongly advise you do so.

Typical turnaround time is around 48 Hrs.

Repairs shipped without a ticket # and not logged into the portal will be checked in after all ticketed repsirs have been completed.
